  • Payment and subscription history via Stripe, although full payment card details are not stored on our servers

  • Authenticating users via Clerk, JWT tokens, and related session technologies

3. Location Services

We use Mapbox to provide location-based suggestions, geocoding, and mapping features. When you enter a location, the Mapbox API may be used to convert that input into coordinates or related location data. This information may be stored if you submit it as part of your profile, search activity, or platform usage.

4. Authentication, JWT Tokens, and Security

We use Clerk authentication and may use JSON Web Tokens (JWTs), browser storage, cookies, session data, or similar technologies to verify your identity, maintain login state, prevent unauthorised access, and control access to protected parts of the platform.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission, storage, or electronic processing is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Contact Form

When you submit the contact form, your message, name, email address, and any other information you provide may be sent securely via Resend. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, provide support, improve our services, and maintain records of communications.

6. Commercial Data Licensing, Sale, and Transfer

We intend to commercialise certain platform data and user information. We may use, disclose, license, sell, transfer, or otherwise make available certain personal information and platform data to approved commercial partners, data licensees, investors, buyers, acquirers, strategic partners, professional advisers, or other third parties as part of our business operations, commercial data licensing activities, investment discussions, financing processes, mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, restructurings, or similar transactions.

The categories of information that may be included in such activities may include account information, contact information, email addresses, profile information, submitted information, search activity, usage activity, platform interaction data, location-related data, and other information you provide to or generate through the platform.

We do not sell or transfer full payment card details. Payment card information is processed separately by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

Where required by applicable law, we will rely on an appropriate lawful basis for processing, disclosing, licensing, selling, sharing, or transferring personal information. Where legally required, we will provide consent mechanisms, notices, objection rights, or opt-out rights before or at the point such information is used, sold, shared, licensed, or transferred.

Third parties receiving personal information from us are required to use the information only for the agreed purpose and in accordance with applicable privacy, data protection, confidentiality, and security obligations.

7. Service Providers and Processors

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers and processors who help us operate the platform and provide our services. These may include Clerk, Stripe, Mapbox, MongoDB, Resend, hosting providers, analytics providers, security providers, professional advisers, and other operational vendors.

These providers may process personal information on our behalf or as independent controllers where applicable. They are expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality, security, and data protection standards.

8. Business Transfers and Acquisition Activity

If Ranked Enterprises LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, investment process, due diligence review, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, transfer of ownership, or similar business transaction, your personal information may be disclosed, reviewed, licensed, transferred, or sold as part of that transaction.
